As new EHR modules are added, or as regulations are revised, the P&P manual needs to be updated accordingly to stay consistent with regulatory and business changes. We will review and update policies and procedures quarterly to incorporate the latest changes and provide a briefing to your security official and if requested engage training personnel on these changes.

The Policies & Procedures Update is a quarterly revision with your Compliance Officer to make the latest updates to your Policies & Procedures Manual. In today's dynamic EPHI environment P&P updates are a constant need. If you have implemented an EMR, or have begun, eprescribing, imaging and lab interface changes, etc., you need to stay on top of documenting these new protocols and their risks. We proactively work with you to make these revisions on a quarterly basis so you stay always in compliance.
